Exchange, return and refund policies

According to the Consumer Protection Code. the consumer has the right to regret the purchase within a period of 7 days.
 
If you regret your purchase, contact  Central de Relationship, via email contato@rothier.com, inserting PURCHASE REGRET in the subject.

reason for regret
 
We have established a period of 7 calendar days from the date of purchase of the course, for the student to exercise their right of repentance, where we will refund 100% of the course value.
Reimbursement will not apply to amounts referring to continuing education fees.
